TAGGART Architects

Originally constructed in the 70’s as an automotive warehouse, and later converted to a live/work studio in the 90’s, the new owner challenged us to adaptively reuse and renovate this existing building into a corporate headquarters and office space for EagleRock Realty & Property Management. The exterior design maintains a modest and contextual response to the neighboring Old Conway Design Overlay District. The interior design features fun flexible open work space, offices, conference rooms, an open loft, and comfy lounge and break spaces. An open floor plan with all offices facing inward towards the flex space promotes constant synergy and collaboration. This design takes on a provocative approach to a typical real estate office and arrives at a unique space that is somewhere between a public co-working space and your favorite local coffee shop. It is simply inviting, comfortable, and contemporary.
