Strategically located between Simmons Arena and Dickey Stephens Field, this high-impact venue will fill a major gap for large-scale events—hosting up to 1,500 guests for performances and over 800 for banquets. Designed for flexibility, the main hall divides into four rooms, with additional seminar spaces to support a range of functions. With strong connections to Main Street and a new pedestrian promenade, the center is poised to activate the riverfront and energize surrounding development.
