The deliberate and graduated exterior massing of the 17,700 square foot, one story building (with a mezzanine) reflects the overlapping nature of its three interior component zones: Dr. Suri’s private office space; independent lease space; and common use areas. Along with massing of elements, overlapping planes and changes in surface materials and colors breaks the scale of the building down and gives the appearance of a composition of multiple individual structures.
